Empowering parents, students, and educators with educational-enriching workshops
“Parent’s Guide to Discovering Your Child’s Hidden Potential & Talent and Purpose”
This workshop introduces parents to three critical assessment tools to help them discover their child’s hidden potential and talent. 1) A Learning Style Assessment to determine how children process information for maximum retention and recall, 2) The “Color Code” is a fun-oriented, parent-friendly assessment utilizing four colors to identify a child’s personality, communication preference, and motivational triggers, and 3) A Multiple Intelligence Assessment that identifies a child’s natural talents. These three resources will help parents identify, nurture, and support their child’s personality and interests, enabling them to discover their hidden potential, talent and purpose.

This workshop examines the distinctions between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and explores strategies for transforming extrinsic motivation into intrinsic motivation, thereby helping children reach their full potential. This workshop also examines the relationship between self-esteem and achievement and how parents can increase their children’s self-esteem to bolster confidence and sustain motivation.

Parents will participate in an assessment to understand how to better relate to their children, thereby creating an open and communicative environment that fosters improved behavior. Case studies and interactive exercises are used to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in behaviors. To ensure the immediate implementation and sustainability of the strategies shared, a parent-child agreement is introduced after the session.
