Empowering parents, students, and educators with educational-enriching workshops
“Anti-Bullying/Cyberbullying Workshop”
Digital technology has taken bullying into new and dangerous forms, resulting in unprecedented levels of violence, depression, isolation, self-harming, and suicides among students of all grades. This workshop focuses on proactive strategies, such as S.E.A.A.T., and developing conflict resolution skills to minimize physical bullying and cyberbullying while maintaining a positive self-image. Parents will learn which chat-text abbreviations they need to know to protect their children. Video demonstrations, role-playing exercises, case studies, and a quiz are used in this interactive workshop to reinforce the information presented.
"Vaping, Marijuana, and Edibles: What You Need to Know"

We will explore the health risks associated with vaping, including nicotine poisoning, “Popcorn Lungs,” and the long-term consequences, such as cardiovascular and respiratory disease. Parents will leave this workshop with critical information to share with their children and loved ones. A quiz, case studies, and videos are incorporated to supplement this hands-on workshop. Children are strongly encouraged to attend this session along with their parents.
